Following the comprehensive governance review I will:
- Develop a compliance roadmap tailored to your charity’s needs and goals.
- Outline actionable steps to enhance governance structures, implement financial controls, and achieve compliance excellence.
- Work with you to strengthen your charity's policies, procedures, and operations to ensure alignment with Charity Commission requirements.
- Total cost is £1050 and the process typically takes four days. Exact price and timescale depend on the size of your organisation and level of complexity.
