• Total cost is £950 and the process typically takes three days. Exact price and timescale depend on the size of your organisation and level of complexity.

Customized Compliance Roadmap

Following the comprehensive governance review I will:

• Develop a compliance roadmap tailored to your charity’s needs and goals.
• Outline actionable steps to enhance governance structures, implement financial controls, and achieve compliance excellence.
• Work with you to strengthen your charity's policies, procedures, and operations to ensure alignment with Charity Commission requirements.
• Total cost is £1050 and the process typically takes four days. Exact price and timescale depend on the size of your organisation and level of complexity.
